Plus! Image takes your privacy seriously. Unless you assent, we will not share personally identifiable information about you, except as described below. We, Plus! Image and its affiliated entities ("Plus! Image"), have designed software to provide free content streamed from the web and our content providers along with advertisements that are most interesting to you. To do this, we request some information from you and automatically collect other information about your usage of our services. While this allows us to offer you the best service possible, we understand the high importance of personal privacy and want you to understand how we handle your personal information. This document outlines the types of information Plus! Image products (all products and services provided by Plus! Image, [through its website] as of this date collect from the user and how we store and use this data.

Why/When We Collect Information
Plus! Image does not require registration when you download our client application. However, as one of the ways to improve our product, we may access certain types of information for the purpose of maintaining and delivering services, including displaying customized content and advertising; gathering of statistics; protecting the property and rights of Plus! Image and our users and future development and updates.
We do not collect any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) – (see definition at the end of this agreement) but may collect cookies and logs, in order to improve and personalize your experience with Plus! Image products. In some cases, this information is also used to serve relevant and interesting content and advertising streamed through Plus! Image products. We continue to collect information when you use Plus! Image products or services, when you visit Plus! Image pages or the pages of certain Plus! Image partners. Plus! Image may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies. The types of information we collect from our users are described below.

As you use Plus! Image, our servers may automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

This Privacy Policy applies to Plus! Image services only. We do not administer sites listed in the search results of Plus! Image.

How We Use the Information
Plus! Image only use usage data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure to improve our product, and not in a manner intended to identify you personally. As part of this use of information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers, collectively, use Plus! Image products.
In connection with your use of Plus! Image products, we may install a cookie on your computer to help customize your experience in our products, including our websites. Plus! Image allow you to access certain information about yourself for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information via our website. The types of information that you can access and update will change as our products change.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) - refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains. This includes information that is used in a way that is personally identifiable, including linking it with identifiable information from other sources, or from which other personally identifiable information can easily be derived, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number, and credit card information. To the extent unique information (which by itself is not Personally Identifiable Information) such as a personal profile, unique identifier, biometric information, and IP address is associated with Personally Identifiable Information, then such unique information will also be considered Personally Identifiable Information. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (i.e., without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual. In terms of P3P attributes, personally identifiable information is 1) physical contact or location information, 2) online contact or location information, 3) government issued identifier, or 4) information about an individual's finances.
